The Diamond Trail
Have you ever wandered what it felt like to be a diamond digger in the Kimberley diamond fields and experience the rush when you discovered a diamond on your claim? Come to Tamboti Bush Lodge and do the diamond dig. Let us tell you about diamonds, the geomorphology and history of diamonds in South Africa and why there are diamonds found in our Dinokeng area. Then go down to the diamond washing area, get a bag of diamond bearing river sand and have the opportunity to pan for diamonds at the river. No one comes away empty handed. +- 2 hours

At Tamboti we have a lovely a la carte restaurant with beautiful view into the bush. A great menu with an excellent selection of wines is available from the restaurant that specialises in consistently good food in a wonderful setting. Fabulous foods, fabulous wines and amazing ambience. Try it and you will love it.
Picnics
Have a picnic in the most awesome romantic setting. We set up your own private picnic table and a romantic spot for you in a beautiful setting next to the dam under the karee trees and provide you with a picnic basket full of picnic goodies plus a bottle of wine. Enjoy the peace and quiet of your own little portion of the bushveld. Please order well in advance we only do one picnic a day.

We have a lovely hiking trail through the farm with viewing of plenty of game and some of Tamboti’s 160 different species of bird life.
Tamboti Boma & Bushveld Braais
A lovely boma out in the bush. We will light a fire for you and let you enjoy gazing into the fire and set up a braai for you and provide all the food. We even braai the meat for you.
Mystic Monkeys and Feathers Wildlife Park *
Visit the biggest collection of monkeys and parrot species in South Africa. Spend a morning with these amazing animals, see the baby chimps and then visit the Bengal tigers and the lions.

Mountain Bike Safaris *
Take a wonderful ride through the bushveld on a mountain bike with an experienced guide, enjoy the quietness and tranquillity of the bushveld. Mountain bikes provided R250 per person
